This website is operated by Prosperity Blends. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Prosperity Blends and all of it’s services, products and subsidiaries. Prosperity Blends offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced to herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 2. PRIVACY POLICIES

WHAT INFORMATION IS BEING COLLECTED FROM YOU
Prosperity Blends collects information that you provide to them, such as name, address and email address or what we learn about you from your use of our website.
For example, we observe activities, preferences and transactional data relating to your use of our website. We may use this collected or logged information in order to provide better service, to email you about the store, new products and/or updates; to facilitate your use of the website, to track usage of the website and to address security hazards.
When you browse Prosperity Blends store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
DISCLOSURE
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

We may use Facebook pixels and/or Google Analytics for Prosperity Blends’s internal analysis and to learn who visits our store and what pages are being looked at.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. 3. SHIPPING INFO

All orders are being processed within 2-3 business days at the time of purchase and are being shipped through standard ground shipping with Canada Post.

Flat rate for shipping and handling within Canada is $25.00

FREE shipping within Canada for orders exceeding $100.00

HOME DELIVERY for our local customers in the Thunder Bay area, if you are eligible please contact us at admin@prosperityblends.com .
There is a $2.00 charge for deliveries within city limits and a $5.00 charge for deliveries in the country.

For all orders outside of Canada, please contact us directly at admin@prosperityblends.com.

4. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES REFUND & EXCHANGE

We accept refunds and exchanges on accessories only. There is no refund or exchange on gift cards, or
on our food and dry products.
Accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase only. The proof of purchase is required and the product has to be unused and in the same condition it was received, in its original package.

Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the extra shipping cost for the return of product and packages. We are not responsible for lost untracked returns.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
At Prosperity Blends we package the orders carefully to make sure it arrives at the destination intact, ready for you to enjoy.
However, in rare occasions, if the package arrives damaged, it must be reported to us the day the package is received in order to be eligible for a potential refund or exchange. Please include a picture proof showing the state in which the package was received and send it with your claim request to admin@prosperityblends.com. We then decide if an exchange is approved or not and inform you about our decision. If approved, we will send you the exchanged product via standard ground shipping through Canada Post. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the extra shipping costs.
If a refund was approved, we will notify you and refund you on your original payment method.
At Prosperity Blends we rely solely on the shipping address and information that you have provided. We shall in no way be held accountable for inaccurate shipping addresses or packages lost due to such errors not committed by us unless otherwise justified. Our team will do its best to work with you to help you recover your package, but it will still be deemed your sole responsibility. Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and reviewed before submitting your order. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.
