SHIPPING INFO
All orders are being processed within 2-3 business days at the time of purchase and are being shipped through standard ground shipping with Canada Post.
Flat rate for shipping and handling within Canada is $25.00
FREE shipping within Canada for orders exceeding $150.00
HOME DELIVERY for our local customers in the Thunder Bay area, if you are eligible please contact us at admin@prosperityblends.com .
There is a $2.00 charge for deliveries within city limits and a $5.00 charge for deliveries in the country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES REFUND & EXCHANGE
We accept refunds and exchanges on accessories only. There is no refund or exchange on gift cards, oron our food and dry products.
Accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase only. The proof of purchase is required and the product has to be unused and in the same condition it was received, in its original package.

Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the extra shipping cost for the return of product and packages. We are not responsible for lost untracked returns.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
At Prosperity Blends we package the orders carefully to make sure it arrives at the destination intact, ready for you to enjoy.
However, in rare occasions, if the package arrives damaged, it must be reported to us the day the package is received in order to be eligible for a potential refund or exchange. Please include a picture proof showing the state in which the package was received and send it with your claim request to admin@prosperityblends.com. We then decide if an exchange is approved or not and inform you about our decision. If approved, we will send you the exchanged product via standard ground shipping through Canada Post. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the extra shipping costs.
If a refund was approved, we will notify you and refund you on your original payment method.
At Prosperity Blends we rely solely on the shipping address and information that you have provided. We shall in no way be held accountable for inaccurate shipping addresses or packages lost due to such errors not committed by us unless otherwise justified. Our team will do its best to work with you to help you recover your package, but it will still be deemed your sole responsibility. Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and reviewed before submitting your order. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.
